Douggie Melville-Clarke

Head of Data Science, Duco

Douggie Melville-Clarke is a technologist who loves challenging the status quo and unlocking the power of data. He has been with Duco since 2016 and has been responsible for building out the company’s data engineering and data science disciplines.

Douggie spent the first decade of his career at Morgan Stanley, immersed in the rapid evolution of electronic trading systems. Tasked with designing, engineering and operating high performance, low latency platforms he trailblazed the transformation of derivatives post-trade processing into real time exception management. Later, he focused on providing innovative client experiences, culminating in the creation of the Morgan Stanley Post-Trade Matrix offering.

Douggie is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
